Head Instructor Sensei Mark Tuthill, holds black belts in both Karate and Small Circle Jujitsu™

Sensei Mark Tuthill, two-time inductee into the United States Martial Arts Hall of Fame as Instructor of the Year, has been training in the Martial Arts for 32 years and teaching professionally for 25. He began his training under Sensei Mike Teto, founder of Shin-Yo karate. Later, Sensei Tuthill transitioned to Small Circle Jujitsu™ training under Professor Wally Jay, the founder of Small Circle JujitsuTM and Professor Ed Melaugh. Sensei Tuthill has earned multiple Black Belts which include: Black Belt, 5th Degree, Small Circle Jujitsu; Black Belt, 3rd Degree Jujitsu America, Black Belt, 2nd Degree, Shin Yo Karate 

Sensei Tuthill is the owner and Head Instructor of Mark Tuthill’s Martial Arts Center in East Hampton, NY. Classes in Small Circle Jujitsu, Street Combat Jujitsu and Kickboxing are held six days a week for children and adults. Teaching nationally and internationally, he also conducts women's self defense/rape prevention seminars as well as street self defense to law enforcement officers throughout the country, including those from FBI, DEA, State Police, Correctional Officers and Sheriff's Department.
