KIDS' JUJITSU:
5-6 Year Old - 45 Minute Class This program teaches children about fitness, discipline and working as a team. 7-8 Year Old - 45 Minute Class This program takes children to the next level of martial arts training. They'll learn strategies for developing focus and attention both on and off the mat. We also teach the importance of “Non Violence”. 9-12 Year Old – 45 Minute Class This program goes to the heart of Small Circle Jujitsu™. In this class the the students will become more confident as they learn how to defend themselves. The Kids' Program runs from September to May. |
ADULT JUJITSU:
13 Years and Older – 1-1/2 hour class This program is for people who want to get into great shape and at the same time learn the art of Small Circle Jujitsu™, a martial art geared for “Street Self Defense”. Techniques covered are: Grappling, Weapons Defense, Empty-handed Defense, Multiple Attack Situations, Striking, Kicking, and Joint Locking. Adult Jujitsu run year-round. |
KICKBOXING:
If you’re looking for a challenge and want to get in the best shape of your life, this is the class you’ve been looking for! The techniques of many martial arts styles and fitness regimens are combined into a heart pounding, sweat inducing workout that will reshape your body and give you some great tools to defend yourself. Our workouts are hard core and encompass stretching, weight training, heavy bags, medicine balls, rope jumping, resistance training, plyometric drills and more. If you are serious about fitness and not afraid to push your limits, you’ve got to give it a try. No two training sessions are the same. We guarantee you’ll never get bored and you’ll always have fun. No prior experience is necessary. The training is suitable for both the new and more advanced cardio kickboxing student.
